What Happened To Jermaine McBean Has Cop Indicted For His Murder!

Jermaine McBean was killed by a Broward County sheriff deputy. The deputy was charged with his murder.

Case of similarity. In 2013, a man who was walking down a busy street with an air rifle was fatally shot by a Broward County deputy. The deputy who put down the man is now facing a court date.

This story happened in July 2013. In July 2013, that was the peak of the George Zimmerman verdict.

One year before the media rushed upon the Michael Brown and John Crawford shootings, you may have not heard of the fatal police shooting of Jermaine McBean.

In 2013, a White guy calls 911 to report a Black man walking with a firearm. A South Florida deputy fatally shot and killed Jermaine McBean after calls were reported of a man walking with a rifle. Jeremaine was walking to his apartment from a pawn shop after he purchased an air rifle.
Ex-deputy indicted on involuntary manslaughter.
Broward County deputy Peter Peraza opened fire on him. Peraza claimed Jermaine didn't listen to his orders and lunged at him.

Jermaine was a Black man who was a computer systems engineer who had no criminal history was shot on sight by Peraza. Jermaine's family says he was listening to music on his phone and that could have prevented him from hearing commands to drop the air rifle.

Peraza and fellow deputies were trying to make the case that Jermaine went towards them fell through. The sheriff of Broward County, Scott Israel didn't buy the story.

Peraza was iced without pay. He was facing a state and federal probe.

Now two years later, the Florida prosecutors has indicted Peraza for involuntary manslaughter and police misconduct. He surrendered to the law this morning.  He will face a court date.

Peraza is innocent until proven guilty. If he is convicted with involuntary manslaughter he could face 10 to 25 years in the iron college.
Graphic photo showing Jermaine shot in the chest. He was wearing earbuds.
This incident happened before the junk food media started covering the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Did you know that Florida is an open carry state?

It seems like if you're a Black man carrying a firearm (real or fake), the law perceives you as a threat. You may not even have a second to put the firearm down. The law will plug you full of holes the moment you turn your head.

John Crawford III of Hamilton, Ohio lost his life in a Dayton area Walmart after he picked up an air rifle. He as carrying it through the store. A white shopper called the law on him saying that John was pointing it menacing at people. The law arrives and within two seconds, he was shot in the stomach and arm. He would die of his injuries. Another shopper Angela Williams would die after being spooked by the gunfire.

John Crawford's death made national news. In the state of Ohio, you are allowed to carry firearms in a public place such as Walmart.

Many Whites believe the fault solely falls on John. For what?

Having the legal right to have an air rifle and carrying it in the store.

Yeah, some of my co-workers are blaming him for his untimely demise. I bet they would have the same thoughts about Jermaine and Tamir Rice. Matter of fact, they probably would say Darrien Hunt shouldn't have wore an anime outfit looking like a samurai. Darrien was killed by the law in 2014 after he was allegedly lunging his toy sword at Saratoga Springs, Utah lawmen.

The Ohio prosecutors decided to not charge the officer Sean Williams for involuntary manslaughter.

Williams is still in the freezer because of a federal probe into his handling of this and a previous encounter with another resident which resulted in the killing of the suspect.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Jermaine McBean, John Crawford, Michael Brown, Darrien Hunt, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, Rekia Boyd, Jamar Clark, Laquan McDonald and every other victim of gun violence at the hands of police officers.

A Swamp's Tale!

Florida's state animal mauls a burglary suspect.

In the state of Florida, a robbery suspect met an untimely fate. Matthew Riggins wanted to geek people of their properties. He was "out on bail" when was prowling around the Brevard County subdivisions. He and his partner were snooping through a yard when someone called the law on them. They were dressed in black and it was dark in the city of Barefoot Bay.

The law quickly arrived to the area. The two men decided to split. In order to not be caught, Riggins told his girlfriend that he's going to be on the run for a minute, he'll call her when the heat dies down.

The partner went towards the streets, Riggins ran toward a lake.

Riggins was hiding in the brush. And he didn't know that nature's fury was calling.

Well Riggins never called. His family reported him missing. Many in the area say that something was lurking in the brushes. They knew the area near the lake was extremely dangerous.

It was ten days later, the Brevard County sheriff's dive team found the problem. The problem was resting near a nest with a nearly decapitated body of Riggins. The body of Riggins was found in November. It was finally confirmed by the state bag 'em ups.

That problem was an 11 foot alligator. The alligator had drowned Riggins, a 6'1", 22 year old man and decapitated his arm and foot. That's what the trappers found inside the stomach of the alligator.

They had to put it down after the alligator got aggressive.

This was the second fatal alligator attack in less than two months. James Okkerse met his fate to a 12 foot alligator. Okkerse was swimming in a state park and the alligator got him.

World News Today send our condolences to Matt Riggins and James Okkerse.

American Alligators are crocodiles. The alligator's habitat stretches in the bayous of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.

I had read a blog on how the South treated slaves. This is the type of stuff that could spark extremism in the Black community.

In the day of slavery, White men and their sons would steal babies and small children of slaves. They would use these innocent babies as alligator bait.

Often they would tie the baby by the neck and torso. As the baby was screaming, these men would dunk the baby in the water to attract the alligators. It was told that the alligator would almost immediately swallow the baby. The men would grab the alligator out the water and hit the creature over the head with a pick ax and let it bleed to death. They would skin the creature for meat and its skin.

This practice carried into the early 20th Century. Mind you that the slavery days have passed since the Civil War and the Reconstruction.

Woman Gets Death Threats Posting Her Dog Wrapped In Tape!

Woman got death threats for putting tape over her dog's mouth.

You gotta wonder how far is too far when it comes to posting shit on the internet!

When people want to make others laugh, they post funny pictures or jokes. But sometimes, they cross the line between funny and absolutely stupid.

A Florida woman got shook after she posted on social media her dog's mouth being taped shut with duct tape.

Katie Brown is hiding somewhere in the country waiting for the heat to die down. She got a ton of death threats for her Facebook posting.
Not funny. Just plain stupid.
It was shared more than 300,000 times within 36 hours and police were overwhelmed with outraged phone calls from dog lovers around the world demanding they take action, reports the Orlando Sentinel. On Facebook, Brown says she's a South Daytona resident, but police there say she was out of state, possibly in Avon, Conn., when the dog was abused, NBC News reports. The department promised on its Facebook page that it was in contact with her family members and other state agencies as part of its investigation and pleaded with the public to stop "flooding our emergency phone numbers."

Cops in Avon say they were also overwhelmed with calls, while a spokesman for the sheriff's office in Volusia County, which includes South Daytona, tells the Daytona Beach News-Journal that while it is "great that everybody's concerned for the animals and for dogs," the deluge of calls and emails has "literally shut our police department down." Police in South Daytona say they've been told the dog is OK and add they're still trying to locate Brown, whose duct-tape photo had the caption, "This is what happens when you dont [sic] shut up!!!" The original post has now been deleted, but a follow-up one tells people not to "panic" because "it was only for a minute," NBC reports.

S.W.B. Got A Man In County Lockup!

County sheriff arrest man for shopping in Walmart too damn slow.

S.W.B. is short for shopping while Black.

While shopping at a Pensacola Walmart, four men film an interaction with a female Florida deputy for Escambia County. The deputy was called allegedly by management after seeing four men shopping the store in a matter that appeared "suspicious".

Three men were walking while one was in a motorized shopping cart. The deputy was none too thrilled to see these four men. She would order them out of the store.

One of the men had told the officer, that they got a bag of Doritos in the shopping cart. They have a right to shop. They done nothing wrong.

The deputy wasn't having any of this. She warned the man in the motorized cart to leave.

“You cannot shop. I’m telling you to get your ass up off that cart and get out of the store.”

Of course, cops shouldn't cuss at people. It escalates the situation. One of the men called the deputy out on this. "She's cussing at us", says one of the men.

“Because I’m speaking fucking English and the fact that you don’t understand me  — ” said the deputy to the man in the motorized cart.
They were told to leave because they were shopping too slow.
After being told to leave the store, one man can be heard saying, “We can still pay for our stuff,” before adding “I ain’t going to be put in jail for nothing. I ain’t going to jail.” Then he would call her a bitch.

The deputy had enough. She would cuff the man in the motorized cart.

As he is being led out of the Walmart the other men told the officer that it's not fair. They were told to leave Walmart for allegedly shopping too slow. The management believed they're up to no good.

Again you have a right to film the law. You don't have to speak to the law. You don't have to be friends with the law. You can talk back to an officer. You can ask for their name, their badge number or supervisor. You can question why you are being detained or arrested. You have a right to refuse search of your home, your car and your personal properties.

The video hits the internet over the weekend and it's already rolling over 1 million views as of now.

Some claimed that Walmart mentioned the video in which a man filmed two women fighting in the store. They claim it's a double standard. No one was arrested in this incident. They were eventually banned after Walmart saw the video.

Miami Police Kill Unarmed Suspect In Front Of Children!

Miami cops puts down a man in front of children. The witnesses say that they were trigger happy. The law says that he waved a metal stick in a menacing way.

Hey kids, do you want to see some real action on the streets?

Miami metro police are facing a backlash after one of their own puts down a man most deem harmless in front of several dozen children.

Miami Police Chief Rodolfo Llanes said officers were responding to a report of a violent dispute on Thursday morning. He said several dozen people were in Gibson Park, many of them children, who may have witnessed the events that unfolded.

“I understand the anxiety that's been created across the country from police-citizen interactions, but I would ask that everyone, wait for the facts of the case and not make up your own story,” Llanes told reporters. “We will know what the facts of the case are.”

The chief added that the officer involved in the shooting, who is a 20-year veteran of the department, will be reassigned to administrative duties pending the investigation's outcome.

What happen was law responded to a disturbance at a locla park. The 46 year old man Fritz Severe according to the Miami Heard has a lengthy criminal past with convictions for violent and non-violent offenses in different jurisdictions.

The law gave the order for the man to drop his metal stick. He did not drop the stick. They let him have it. He died on route to the hospital.

Witnesses said that he was not threatening the officers. Stephanie Severance said she was shocked when she heard the shots and later realized the bullets were fired at a homeless man she saw every morning and the man who shot him was a Miami Police Officer.

Fritz Severe had mental issues. The Miami police puts him down.
“He stopped the man, the man had the metal stick, pointed at him, the next thing you know the man shot him,” Severance said.

Several witnesses were distraught that the officer did not use a Taser instead of a gun. Llanes said not all officers carry Tasers as they have to be certified. He would not say whether the officer who pulled the trigger was carrying a Taser.

Someone called the law on Severe because he felt "threatened" by his presence and for the sake of the children he "didn't belong there".

Police said they were called by a park worker who asked them to remove the homeless man because he was a threat to the children in Gibson Park. The park has a public swimming pool and athletic fields and was being used by several dozen children attending a summer camp, some of which witnessed the shooting.

“We have anywhere from 40-60 witnesses that we have to interview, some of them being kids. This is going to be a long investigation because FDLE [Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement] have to put together all those witness statements,” Police Chief, Rodolfo Llanes told reporters.

He said the mechanics of the confrontation will not be known until the witnesses are interviewed. A reporter asked the Llanes if police officers are trained to handle things differently when in close proximity to children.

“Unfortunately officers can’t pick where the confrontation happens so officers are trained to be aware of their surroundings when they do discharge their weapons,” he concluded.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Fritz Severe.

Was the Miami Police equipped with body cameras given the rash of police involved incidents?

Was there a witness who actually filmed the event?

Was the person who called 911 doing a "SWATTING" prank?

Florida Teens Visit County Lock Up After They Film Joyride In Stolen Car!

Teens got busted hauling loot from their robberies.

If you're committing a criminal act in the daylight, don't be a fool. If you're recording this stuff and posting it on social media, then you're just a stupid idiot. I guess this is one of those "You Can't Fix Stupid" moments.

Four Florida teens are spending the night in the county after they were caught on film posting a home burglary. They wanted to show their bounty on film. They were flashing that cash, them jewels and that nice new ride they've swiped from an Oakland Park neighborhood.

The teens -- identified as Jaynell Justin, 16, of Oakland Park; Amos Marc, 17, of Oakland Park; Lamonte Scott, 16, of Oakland Park; and Machel Stevens, 18, of Fort Lauderdale -- left the stolen items in the stolen car after getting into a crash in Fort Lauderdale, BSO spokeswoman Dani Moschella said.

Among the stolen items that police found in the car was the camcorder that the teens used to record the nearly three-minute long video, Moschella said.

Fort Lauderdale police tracked the stolen items to residential burglaries in Boca Raton and Oakland Park. When BSO detectives saw the video, they recognized each bragging burglary suspect, Moschella said.

The teens were arrested on charges of burglary and grand theft.

Detectives believe the teens have committed at least 25 residential burglaries in Oakland Park, as well as stealing and burglarizing cars.

Cops Could Face A Cannon Firing For Sharing Racist Emails!

Miami cops
This was a shared email. Black monopoly.
The sharing of right wing emails lands some Miami Beach cops in hot water. They were caught sharing this crude email.

Some of these came from these websites that are never going to be mentioned here.

This is not the first time they've been in trouble for this type of behavior.

Wonder if pro-cop conservatives such as that annoying conservative agitator on that network that scares white folks covering this?

Is this a matter of thugs doing criminal acts or sharing anti-Black rhetoric?

What makes this worse, is the chief of Miami Beach police is new to the job but not familiar with his force and their behavior on and off the job.

Miami New Times reports Chief Dan Oates continues his very public effort to clean up the department. Oates was joined by City Manager Jimmy Morales and State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle this afternoon to announce an investigation into officers who sent 540 racist, sexist, homophobic and other inappropriate and unprofessional texts and e-mails.

Now if you considered this a joke, the civil rights leaders and the Florida state attorney find it applauding and wants those involved to be disciplined or fired out the cannon.

Here's some more "jokes".

One active worker was fired out the cannon this week. Alex Carulo was a Miami Beach captain who admitted to his share of sending jokes.

Reitred major Angel Vazquez is the alleged ringleader. He was sending not only the jokes but some of his boners. He was posing with some Brazilian girls and send a picture of a cop kill.
The Miami Beach police doing damage control after a handful of cops were caught sharing racist emails.
What gets him in the most trouble is the cop kill. Against rules he sent a picture of Raymond Herisse, a man who got a shower of service fire.

Also some of these jokes aimed at President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

This is an example of the stuff that is collected on Myrightwingdad.net.

The website is devoted to tracking your conservative friend's mean tweets, jokes, and pictures.
