The mothers of a movement. Black Lives Matter co-founders Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tome.
I often see the conservatives attack the #BlackLivesMatter protesters for being:
- Not focused on Black on whatever crime
- Anti-cop
- Anti-White
- A liberal front group
- A bunch of thugs.
- A bunch of NIGGERS
That right wing network and AM agitators are the biggest threat towards the movement. The conservatives are trying to derail the group by using the four D's of destruction.
Divide, Deceive, Disengage, and Destroy. The tactic is common among anti-protesters.
Let's do a scenario.
If members of Black Lives Matter would grab a White person from his home, beat him senseless, gouge his eyes out, break his fingers, shoot him at point blank range then toss him into the river, I guess I would believe the group was racist.
But unfortunately, its not what Black Lives Matter stands for. And the person mentioned was Emmet Till. Emmet was abducted from his home in rural Money, Mississippi, dragged to his death after he was accused by harassing a local shopkeeper. The shopkeeper claimed he harassed her and whistled at her.
Here's another scenario.
If a Black teen lived with a wealthy family, steal beer from a store, drive drunk and kill motorist in an accident, would he get off with in-house?
No.
I can imagine his face would be splashed across the junk food media the moment they leak his name.
So I don't understand why the conservatives continue to label #BlackLivesMatter anti-cop, anti-White and a puppet of liberal billionaires.
Protesting unfair treatment by law enforcement isn't threatening cops. Holding law enforcement accountable for using deadly force upon unarmed suspects isn't wrong. Holding peaceful marches and sit-ins aren't hurting the economy. Demanding leaders to change course is a part of civil rights.
The official Black Lives Matter website has release a compilation of truths. They want to set the record straight after hearing the bombastic rhetoric from conservative agitators. Deneen Boreli, Kevin Jackson, Bo Dietl, Greta The Ambulence Chaser, Megyn the Outrage Princess, old fart Limbaugh, Milwuakee County sheriff David Clarke, Michelle Malkin, that annoying conservative agitator, and Jesse Lee Peterson are prime examples of the noise that speaks mistruths and diversionary tactics to paint this group as the "enemy".
World News Today thanks Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors and Opal Tome for setting the groundwork.
We also thank DeRay McKesson, Shaun White and Bree Newsome for being the forefront activists in this movement.
It's time for a change. We must demand Congress to pass police reform and gun control.

Mistrial in the William Porter murder case.
William Porter isn't a free man but he's certainly walking out the courtroom feeling a little bit free.
The jury in the involuntary manslaughter case ruled in a mistrial. The Baltimore Police officer who drove the van where Freddie Gray sustain the fatal injuries
The trial started back in November and it ended with a hung jury. The jury informed Judge Barry G. Williams that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on any of the four charges, including the most serious charge of manslaughter. Williams declared a mistrial. An administrative court hearing will be held on Thursday to schedule a retrial date.
Legal experts told The New York Times this month that the verdict in Porter’s case could possibly set the tone for the trials of the five other officers. Prosecutors seek to use Porter as a material witness against at least two of them.
Gray sustained a spinal cord injury while riding in the police van in April. During the ride, his feet and hands were shackled, but he was not buckled in with a seatbelt. Medical experts who spoke with The Baltimore Sun about Gray’s injuries likened them to those seen in “victims of high-speed crashes.”
The prosecution has argued that Porter's failure to buckle Gray's seatbelt before the van pulled away makes him partially responsible for Gray's death. Porter admitted that he did not buckle Gray into the van because he had never seen another officer do so in approximately 150 other arrests during his time on the force.
Porter and his attorneys maintained that Officer Caesar Goodson, one of the officers charged and the driver of the van, ignored Porter’s advice that Gray needed medical assistance.
Porter took the witness stand on Dec. 9 and informed the jury of seven women and five men that he has never discharged his firearm, or used mace or a taser while on duty.
“People had negative views of police,” Porter said. “I wanted to give people a different view to police … I was always fair.”

A father of three was killed by the LAPD while on his knees.
The Los Angeles Police Department once again faces another fatal encounter with a suspect. The suspect was shot and killed by two lawmen 33 times. Many say that the suspect was on his knees crawling when they kept firing on him. He would die on the scene.
The LAPD was called to the Lynwood neighborhood on reports of a man firing a firearm in the air.
When they responded to the threat, they noticed that Nicholas Robertson was heading in another direction. They confront him on the suspicion of having a firearm.
According to the LAPD, the deputies told him to drop his piece.
They said that he pointed the piece at them. So they had no choice but to fire upon him.
It seems like the lawman may face some heat. A witness decided to whip out the camera and record the encounter. It seems like Nicholas was walking away from the suspects.
The witness zoomed in on the suspect as the LAPD starts plugging.
KTLA reports that once on the ground, the camera panned to focus solely on the man, who crawls next to the gas station and away from the gunfire.
![]() |
The law starts plugging.
The camera then panned back to two deputies, who both had arms raised and were pointing guns in the man's direction.
At least one of the deputies then fired additional shots before the video ends.
It was not clear from the video if both deputies had fired their weapon, but when slowed down, more than 30 shots can be heard.
Hernandez could only confirm multiple shots were fired.
Investigators were aware of at least one video that recorded the fatal incident.
On the ground and they're still plugging.
Many residents are crying foul. They believed that the lawmen used excessive force.
Now the Los Angeles prosecutor has placed the lawmen on ice pending a preliminary hearing.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Nicholas Robertson.
This video is disturbing.

Family Guy takes on the Sanford shooting.
Peter Griffin, Cleveland Brown, Joe Swanson and Quagmire become neighborhood watch volunteers. They were riled up over Peter's street couch being stolen by thieves. So in order to make Spooner Street more safer, Peter gets the gang firearms and begin patrolling the streets.
One night, Peter sees a person trying to break into Cleveland's home. The person was wearing a hoodie. Peter was armed with a firearm and he gave the individual a warning to stop what he was doing. When the individual flashed something, Peter shoots the individual.
It turns out that Peter shot Cleveland, Jr. The teen was told by Cleveland to go through the window because he didn't want the heat from the home to escape. Cleveland, Jr. said that he had his earbuds in his ear and didn't hear Peter's calls.
Peter was extremely apologetic to Cleveland, Jr. but it didn't sit well with Cleveland and Donna. The Browns would ban Peter and his family from their property on the account that they believe the incident was inspired by racial angst.
Peter was extremely apologetic to Cleveland, Jr. but it didn't sit well with Cleveland and Donna. The Browns would ban Peter and his family from their property on the account that they believe the incident was inspired by racial angst.
The city of Quahog turned on Peter after the Browns accused him of being a racist.
Cleveland, Jr. from The Cleveland Show/Family Guy.
Peter would try to his best to make up to Cleveland. Peter tried to share a Vodka with Cleveland and ended up burning down his home.
Peter would recruit Lois' father Carter Pewterschmidt to help him beat a iron college bid. Carter's lawyers would create the narrative that Cleveland, Jr. instigated the incident and they tried to paint him as a "thug".

Carter's lawyers played on the naive Cleveland, Jr. and ended up putting him in contempt of court.
Peter would have second thoughts about the incident. As the town turns on the Brown family, Peter confronts the townspeople confirming that bias may have contributed to the shooting. Peter admits that he was stupid and reckless in his decision.
In the end of the show, Cleveland and Peter made peace with one another. Cleveland, Jr. on the other hand warned Peter to watch his back because he threatened revenge on him for the whole ordeal.

Seth MacFarlane and Mike Henry. MacFarlane is the executive producer of Fox's Family Guy. Mike Henry with MacFarlane co-executive produced the canceled The Cleveland Show.
The episode completely made note of the controversy with George Zimmerman.
Zimmerman was the Florida neighborhood watch member who called 911 on a suspicious person walking through his gated community. He was warned by the dispatchers to not follow the individual.
Zimmerman ignored it and went on to confront the individual. They get into a fight and all of sudden, a gunshot. There lies a person bleeding from a gunshot to the chest and a bloodly Zimmerman.
It turns out that the individual was Trayvon Martin. He was heading to his father home wearing a hoodie in the rain. Zimmerman claimed he had to use self-defense and cited the "stand your ground" law that Florida passed.
Zimmerman was at first let go on premise that he used self-defense. It didn't become a criminal case until the state hired a special prosecutor to see if Zimmerman's deliberate ignoring of a dispatcher may have contributed to the fatal encounter.
Family Guy takes on the Sanford controversy.
Zimmerman would be indicted on second degree murder. He would face trial in June 2013. During his trial, many in the junk food media were devoted to making the case about Trayvon Martin and not Zimmerman.
Many conservatives were trying to tarnish the image of Trayvon instead of Zimmerman.
Zimmerman was eventually cleared of murder. He would be set free to create more havoc.
Zimmerman was eventually cleared of murder. He would be set free to create more havoc.
The president spoke on this by saying "If he had a son, he'll be like Trayvon". Those words became a rally call for the #BlackLivesMatter movement and the rise of concern trolling by conservatives.
Now every time an unarmed Black person is killed by law enforcement or a vigilante conservatives will make the case against the individual. They will bring up "Black on whatever" crime and say that President Barack Obama's policies destroy the Black community.
It seems like Family Guy played it well.
Seth MacFarlane plays Peter Griffin, Quagmire, Stewie, Carter Peterschmidt, and Brian.
Mike Henry plays Cleveland Brown and Ralio Tubbs.
Kevin Michael Richardson plays Cleveland, Jr.

Jermaine McBean was killed by a Broward County sheriff deputy. The deputy was charged with his murder.
Case of similarity. In 2013, a man who was walking down a busy street with an air rifle was fatally shot by a Broward County deputy. The deputy who put down the man is now facing a court date.
This story happened in July 2013. In July 2013, that was the peak of the George Zimmerman verdict.
One year before the media rushed upon the Michael Brown and John Crawford shootings, you may have not heard of the fatal police shooting of Jermaine McBean.
In 2013, a White guy calls 911 to report a Black man walking with a firearm. A South Florida deputy fatally shot and killed Jermaine McBean after calls were reported of a man walking with a rifle. Jeremaine was walking to his apartment from a pawn shop after he purchased an air rifle.
Ex-deputy indicted on involuntary manslaughter.
Jermaine was a Black man who was a computer systems engineer who had no criminal history was shot on sight by Peraza. Jermaine's family says he was listening to music on his phone and that could have prevented him from hearing commands to drop the air rifle.
Peraza and fellow deputies were trying to make the case that Jermaine went towards them fell through. The sheriff of Broward County, Scott Israel didn't buy the story.
Peraza was iced without pay. He was facing a state and federal probe.
Now two years later, the Florida prosecutors has indicted Peraza for involuntary manslaughter and police misconduct. He surrendered to the law this morning. He will face a court date.
Peraza is innocent until proven guilty. If he is convicted with involuntary manslaughter he could face 10 to 25 years in the iron college.
Graphic photo showing Jermaine shot in the chest. He was wearing earbuds.
Did you know that Florida is an open carry state?
It seems like if you're a Black man carrying a firearm (real or fake), the law perceives you as a threat. You may not even have a second to put the firearm down. The law will plug you full of holes the moment you turn your head.
John Crawford III of Hamilton, Ohio lost his life in a Dayton area Walmart after he picked up an air rifle. He as carrying it through the store. A white shopper called the law on him saying that John was pointing it menacing at people. The law arrives and within two seconds, he was shot in the stomach and arm. He would die of his injuries. Another shopper Angela Williams would die after being spooked by the gunfire.
John Crawford's death made national news. In the state of Ohio, you are allowed to carry firearms in a public place such as Walmart.
Many Whites believe the fault solely falls on John. For what?
Having the legal right to have an air rifle and carrying it in the store.
Yeah, some of my co-workers are blaming him for his untimely demise. I bet they would have the same thoughts about Jermaine and Tamir Rice. Matter of fact, they probably would say Darrien Hunt shouldn't have wore an anime outfit looking like a samurai. Darrien was killed by the law in 2014 after he was allegedly lunging his toy sword at Saratoga Springs, Utah lawmen.
The Ohio prosecutors decided to not charge the officer Sean Williams for involuntary manslaughter.
Williams is still in the freezer because of a federal probe into his handling of this and a previous encounter with another resident which resulted in the killing of the suspect.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Jermaine McBean, John Crawford, Michael Brown, Darrien Hunt, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, Rekia Boyd, Jamar Clark, Laquan McDonald and every other victim of gun violence at the hands of police officers.

Ex-OKC officer Daniel Holtzclaw found guilty of rape.
The former Oklahoma City Police officer who ran a pimp game was served. He was found guilty for first-degree rape. An all White jury listened to the testimony of victims who were raped by this crooked piece of shit.
He got fired out the cannon after his superiors seen evidence of misconduct. This misconduct may hurt the relations with the Black community.
The victims were Black women who were on the stroll. The jury saw that Daniel Holtzclaw was guilty of rape and forcible oral sodomy on Thursday.
Holtzclaw faced a total of 36 charges. He got teary eyed when the jury ruled his fate.
This controversy touched the nerve of the community. It dealt with race, policing, and the blue wall of silence.
This situation wasn't getting much attention in the junk food media.
Holtzclaw played the "I'll look the other way" when it came to the criminal activity around Oklahoma City. He had a beat on the stroll. The stroll was Robinson Avenue in Oklahoma City. The stroll is notorious for ladies of the stroll to make $$$$$$$. It's a notorious area for human trafficking and pimping. The ladies were either low level drug offenders and some the ladies may have been HIV-positive. Some ladies would "honey trap" tricks into an area where the pimp or gang members would rob or brutalize the trick.
Prosecutors alleged that Holtzclaw would try to use his badge and charm to con ladies into sexual acts. Some of the women were violators of the road. He would look the other way if they would let him get a feel or a top off.
He told a victim that he get them off their drug charges if they promise to just look the other way and disappear for awhile.
Brian Bates, the Video Vigilante of Oklahoma City. He and his cameramen go through the streets of Oklahoma City to shame men who pick up prostitutes.
The junk food media gave Holtzclaw a glaring spotlight before his downfall. He grew up Enid, Oklahoma. He was a star middle linebacker for Eastern Michigan University's football team. He graduated with a degree in criminal justice. He has family involved in law enforcement.
Holtzclaw is born half White and half Japanese. He was accused of raping 13 women, all Black, while he was on duty. Courts says that he identifies himself as "Asian".
Question: Would they give a Black criminal a glaring spotlight?
Well all that shit isn't relevant. What's relevant is the fact that this dangerous man is off the streets.
What's relevant is that this man is charged with rape, sodomy, stalking, sexual battery, robbery, burglary, indecent exposure, forcible oral sodomy, and misconduct as an officer.
![]() |
The Video Vigilante films two ladies of the stroll. The one who wearing the boots is a notorious geeker named "Sweets". She is a "honey trap" who sets up her tricks.
I am guessing this sorry excuse for a human being is on "suicide watch" and will appeal his conviction.
Brian Bates, the Oklahoma City Video Vigilante dealt with this stuff for years. On his YouTube page and his website JohnTV.com, he takes the opportunity to shame tricks who use his city as a sexual playground.
Brian may have had a part in bringing down Holtzclaw. I am guessing he's aware of those lawmen who engage with the ladies of the stroll.

The junk food media labels this drug lord the "most adorable" criminal ever to be arrested.
Me and S. Baldwin must have missed this one. But I will certainly address this turkey.
The daughter of a DEA agent is facing some federal charges for trafficking narcotics. She is a 19 year old woman who decided that "dope game" is the quickest way to make the $$$$$.
Sarah Furay is attracting junk food media attention. She was arrested after the law found cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy and methamphetamine in her apartment.
The Daily Mail reports that Furay faces felony charges for the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and drug possession is also facing the wrath of her father Bill Furay, a supervising agent for the DEA's office in Beaumont, Texas.
He is currently serving as the DEA’s diplomatic attachĂ© at the U.S. Ambassador’s office in Panama City, Panama, and was previously Resident Agent in Charge at the DEA office in Galveston, Texas.
Furay has been with the agency since 2008.
Furay’s mother, Shawn Creswell, is principal of Coulson Tough Elementary School in the Woodlands, Texas. She has been a school educator for 20 years, the past 15 of which have been served in greater Houston’s Conroe Independent School District.
Furay was busted in College Station, Texas and is being held on a $40,000 "get out free card".
She is innocent until proven guilty. She faces three felonies. Each charge could put Furay in the iron college for LIFE especially if the federal charges continue to stick.
Many in the junk food media see a privileged daughter getting off. She is the daughter of a no-nonsense agent who has no compassion for dope boys. Her mother is an educator who deals with troubled children.
In a world where most in the junk food media assume that Blacks, Hispanics, and Mexican drug cartels being involved in the dope game, they often ignore the obvious. They ignore the fact that White people are the biggest drug pushers in the world.
What pisses me off is the fact the junk food media looks at this criminal as "adorable".
There's nothing adorable about her.
This is a disgrace. This woman is peddling dope in the streets. This woman isn't showing an ounce of remorse for her actions. Matter of fact, the woman was happy in her mugshot.
Death and Taxes made it clear that this bit of hypocrisy is the reason to why #BlackLivesMatter exists.
The magazine made light of the situation in their posting. They realized the story attracted a bit of backlash and cries of racial bias. They quickly apologized.
The Black Lives Matter movement, among other criminal justice activists, called out the hypocrisy of the media's lighthearted approach to Furay's arrest. And for good reason.
Why?
As mentioned in our letter of apology for our flippant coverage of Furay’s arrest, you don't see 19-year-old men and women of color described in reports as "cute" or "adorable." For that matter, you don't see them smiling in mugshots. One needn’t wonder why. The criminal justice system and mainstream media are fixed in favor of profiles such as that of a lily-white, college-age girl — and particularly Furay.
LovelyTI tears right into the junk food media.
Someone unearthed her social media.

The racist right tries to deflect, distract, discredit and disengage.
When #BlackLivesMatter denounces police brutality, conservatives are trying to turn the conversation into "Black On Whatever" violence.
That right wing network has declared war on #BlackLivesMatter.
Every agitator that appears on their lineups have openly attacked the group and President Barack Obama for embracing the grassroots movement.
After all, since he's the first Black president, according to the agitators he's a part of their movement.
Well one journalist managed to call out the bullshit deflection.
Raw Story and Mediaite have managed to catch the debate between Chicago Sun Times writer Lynn Sweet and two of that right wing network's agitators.
The syndicated writer Cal Thomas off the bat worrying his ass off about "Black on Black" crime.
Thomas and right wing network anchor Leland Vittert call out the junk food media for not questioning protesters on the names of the victims of recent violence in Chicago.
Chiraq is coming to the movie theaters. Spike Lee's movie talks about gun violence in Chicago.
“There has been tremendous attention to crime in Chicago,” she said. “I don’t know how any person who is familiar with the situation says that there’s not.”
Sweet then pointed out that national news coverage of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s bid for reelection had focused on crime in Chicago.
“So I don’t even understand the premise of where you’re coming from on this one. Respectfully said,” she said.
Conservatives only concerns for gun control is taking the Second Amendment rights from Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.
They fail to realize that gun violence is by far the biggest threat to the United States. Terrorism, Ebola, and HIV are deadly threats to the country. But none so than the firearm and the reckless actions by those who operate them. That's where the problem lies.

Three weeks in the murder of a Chicago boy. The law announced they made arrest in the murder of Tyshawn Lee.
Tyshawn Lee was murdered in cold blood. He was lured into an alley and then ambushed by an alleged domestic terrorist.
Corey Morgan is being held in the Cook County lock up on first degree murder. The second man is an active. Kevin Edwards is being sought by the Chicago Police and U.S. Marshals.
This cold blooded terrorist murdered the little boy after he was walking to his home. It was supposedly a gang retaliation. The man is 27 years old. The boy was 9.
Police Supt. Garry McCarthy said investigators say "at least" three people were involved with the incident. In addition to charges against Morgan, an arrest warrant has been issued for Kevin Edwards. Another man is currently in custody on unrelated charges.
McCarthy said Morgan is a documented domestic terrorist and convicted felon. Investigators had been questioning Morgan in the case. He was arrested on an unrelated gun charge and was released on bail earlier this week.
Around 4 p.m. on Nov. 2, Tyshawn was lured into an alley near West 80th Street and South Damen Avenue and executed, police said. He was shot in the head and suffered several graze wounds.
Tyshawn's family said he loved to play basketball and video games. A basketball was found in the alley near his body.
Authorities said the child was executed in retaliation for his father's ties to domestic terrorists in an ongoing fight between rivals. Pierre Stokes, Tyshawn's father, has denied those allegations.
Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum are accused of murdering a little boy. These domestic terrorists will face LIFE if found guilty.
No one can tell you how many people are shot a day. If you did a list of the many Americans shot by a firearm it would probably be in the tens of thousands. A person is shot a day. A person is killed by a firearm a day. Over 2.345 people are shot a day by a firearm.
The biggest concern troll to host a cable news program is by far the most annoying conservative agitator to exist. He and many others in the conservative media like to distort the truth. They undermine the reasons to why #BlackLivesMatter continue to protest.
There was a protest rally in the wake of Lequan McDonald being shot by the now fired lawman Jason Van Dyke.
Catholic pastor Michael Pfleger was there at the rally and a reporter for the right wing network came up on him. The reporter asked Pfleger about the death of Tyshawn Lee. Pfleger did comment a little bit about him. Unfortunately, the annoying conservative agitator was obsessed with trying to bait Pfleger with the words of Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers.
As with Van Dyke, Morgan and Edwards are innocent until proven guilty. Each of these men could face LIFE in the iron college if found guilty. I'm not sure if Illinois has the gas house!
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Tyshawn Lee and Lequan McDonald.

Ahmed Mohamed sues the city of Irving.
The Texas teen who gained national fame for getting arrested after he brought a homemade clock to school is suing the city and school district for slander and ask for punitive damages. Ahmad Mohamed's family called the incident "unfortunate circumstances" and the treatment a "violation of his civil rights".
Ahmed's family hired lawyers and they are demanding $15 million in damages and a public apology from the Republican mayor who went on television to slander him.
According to his the lawyers, his civil rights were violated and he and his family have suffered physical and mental anguish as a result of his arrest over a homemade clock, which teachers at MacArthur High School believed was an explosive device.
Ahmed, a young engineer and fan of robotics, modified a pencil case to work as a clock and brought it to school in September, with the intention, he said, of impressing his teacher. He was, however, later accused of trying "to make a bomb," pulled out of class, sent to the principal's office, threatened with expulsion and led out of the school in handcuffs.
In letters to the City of Irving and the Irving Independent School District, Ahmed's attorneys say the way the school and police officials treated him was motivated by "rancid, openly discriminatory intent." Ahmed was targeted "because of his race, national origin, and religion," the letters continue.
It attracted national attention. Ahmed was getting praised from President Barack Obama, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, Tim Cook of Apple, the Council on American Islamic Relations and support from #BlackLivesMatter.
The hashtag #IStandWithAhmed became a viral sensation. Many in the junk food media have figured that the school district went overboard.
The concern trolls on the other hand, were blasting the president and Ahmed for "politicizing" the situation. One in particular, a pint size carnival barker named C.J. Pearson went on social media to blast Ahmed for playing the "race card" and being down right dishonest about his clock. C.J, one of the conservative agitators in the junk food media also attacked the president for inviting Ahmed to the White House when he didn't invite the family of murder victim Kate Steinle. C.J. is a Black conservative agitator who rose to fame calling the president "anti-American" for not saying "radical Islam".
That right wing network and conservative blogs were snuffing through the shit trying to find something to stick on Ahmed.
Some of the Republicans in the clown car attacked Ahmed. One being Ted Cruz, the Republican senator from Texas. He believed that Ahmed was using this an opportunity to push a radical agenda.
Ahmed will certainly attract conservative outrage in the coming days. Stay tune for the overreaction from the Republicans and their conservative agitating allies.

Still no answers to why Cleveland Police shot Tamir Rice.
It's been one year since the Tamir Rice shooting and there's no indictment.
The U.S. Justice Department is still involved in the Tamir Rice shooting. A rookie officer Timothy Loehmann shot Tamir at a Cleveland community center after answering a dispatcher call on a man with a firearm.
The dispatcher failed to tell the officer and his partner that it "probably looks fake".
Loehmann shot Tamir within two seconds of arrival.
The family continues to demand answers to why the law would shoot first and question last.
There was a rally last night in the park where Tamir was shot. His family doesn't want the junk food media to smear his name.
They believe the Cuyahoga County prosecutor is not doing enough. They are calling upon his removal. They want Ohio governor John Kasich to appoint a special prosecutor to handle the case.
For the rational thinkers, I seriously believe that Loehmann made a reckless call. He should be fired immediately. If he does face charges, he should be indicted for involuntary manslaughter.
Somehow I get this feeling they'll drag this out all way to the point where they have find the call was justified.
The concern trolls, conservative agitators and #AllLivesMatter crowd will say that Tamir shouldn't have the right to operate a pellet gun. He should not have taken off the orange tip. He was in the wrong. Loehmann was trained correctly.
Only good boys have the right to operate a pellet gun. He was a no good thug because of his parents and the city he lived in.
This is what I expect from the concern troll crowd.

Dontae Martin was killed by Ohio deputies. The deputies were cleared of his death.
Two Montgomery County Ohio sheriff deputies are back on the beat after the grand jury decided that the shooting of Dontae Martin was justified. This is despite them having no lights or dash camera on.
They have determined that Dontae did point his firearm on the Gust Teague and Josh Haas.
They were placed in the freezer for a moment. I guess the grand jury found it necessary to prove that Martin's history as a petty drug dealer proved that he may have provoked a deadly encounter.
So in three weeks, the two officers will be back on the beat for the Harrison Township, Ohio jurisdiction.
The shooting happened about a 1/2 mile from where I live. The incident occurred on a tree lined Springbrook Boulevard. The deputies were responding to a single-car accident on the street.
A woman called 911 saying that vehicle was on the side of the road.
The deputies approached the vehicle with a flashlight and claimed that Martin was provoked. He pointed a firearm at the them. Martin was ordered to drop the firearm and when he failed to comply, the shot him.
He was shot from the opposite sides of the vehicle. The wounds were deadly. He would die on route to the hospital.
Republican Sheriff Phil Plummer defended his officers for the usage of deadly force. When asked if they have a dash camera or body camera on them, no comment came from him.
Now the father of six will be tarnished by the #AllLivesMatter crowd as a "no good thug". Even though he was purchasing a permit for his firearm, according to the law and the agitators, he shouldn't have a firearm in the first place.
Haas was the deputy who shot at a man who was deranged back in December 2014. He was cleared of charges. His wife was involved in a police vehicle accident this year.
THE ENCOUNTER WITH HAAS AND TEAGUE
Montgomery County sheriff is trying to calm tensions.
A few of the deputies were caught off the job driving drunk. Even the sheriff's family member became a lightening rod for ethics violations while in office.
No one is perfect.
I know people who have criminal histories.
Does it make me a criminal that I know someone who is a criminal?
Does it merit profiling of me and those who ride in my vehicle?
I know a woman named Shelia Tomlin who is a struggling heroin addict. I've known her for at least four years. The boy has destroyed her life. When she failed to pay her electric bill and her rent, she was kicked out her apartment. I sometimes carry my heart on my sleeve. I decided to take her in for a week.
One night, I took her to Kroger in the area. She wanted to go to her old apartment to get her stuff. I thought of it as a bad idea. She said nothing won't happen. She had no drugs on her and wasn't wanted for skipping court. But I know that perception would cause the law to profile. So as I approach a traffic light near my apartment, a sheriff's deputy (Teague) was sitting about a block away. I said you know what I don't want to be pulled over, so I decided to go forward. The officer saw us and decided to follow. Yeah, that gives the officer a perception. So he followed us for a few blocks. I decided to make a point by pulling over in a parking lot near a business. The officer sure enough decide to follow and then proceed to activate his lights.
He would ask us why did we decide to not turn on the street. I told him that I knew that if you would likely profile me and her because of her history. We both told the deputy that there's no drugs or weapons inside the vehicle and we're not doing anything wrong.
I decided to turn on my camera phone and record the encounter. I decided to make it clear to the officer that I have no criminal history and I know the person personally. I told the officer that I am not committing any criminal acts.
We told the officer "are we free to go"!
That tactic is used when they often try to bait you into an unlawful search of your vehicle.
The officer said "not yet, I'll be back!" So we wait for 10 minutes and then two officers would appear. The officers came with a drug sniffing German Shepard. The officer once again asked if we had drugs on us. I told them no and didn't consent to a drug search.
The officer decided to give me the verbal warning that if the dog detects a trace of drugs, they'll search the vehicle. So once again, admit that you or her have drugs or you're going to jail.
I told the officer and his supervisor (Haas), there's no drugs in the vehicle. So the officers decide to allow the dog get a whiff around the vehicle. The dog circled the vehicle and didn't do really much.
The officer flagged his fellow officers to a "hit". So they decide to place us in separate police vehicles for detainment. The officer go through the vehicle and take out the seats and glove compartment.
After 10 minutes they let us out the vehicle and they told us that we're free to go. While they were searching the vehicle it caught the officers saying that their dog's "hits" aren't netting good results.
I was hoping that day wasn't going to come but I will turn this recording to their supervisor.
I want to make a point that profiling is wrong. Dayton Police and Montgomery County Sheriff have denied profiling motorists. But the proof is in Dontae Martin, John Felton, and Kaylen English.
John is still alive. He managed to get the city of Dayton and its police chief Richard Biehl to formally apologize to him for a "profiling" situation.
Kaylen and Dontae weren't so lucky. The junk food media often see them as violent and their fates were justified.
Shelia is often regarded by the law as a repeat offender when it comes to drug and prostitution charges. I fear that day will come when she's either killed by the boy or the john who may rob or rape her.
Send my condolences to the family of Kaylen English and Dontae Martin.
Send my prayers to John Felton and Shelia Tomlin.
BEFORE I MOVE ON, I WANT TO BRING UP LINDSAY BOGAN. THE OHIO WOMAN IS FEARED DEAD.
![]() |
Lindsay Bogan went missing this year. She was last seen in Middletown, Ohio getting into a vehicle.
Send my prayers to Lindsay Bogan, the missing Middletown, Ohio woman who was reported missing after her pimp claimed she got into a vehicle and was never seen again.
She was a woman who had a promising future in nursing. But things went wrong when she was introduced to the boy. She was hooked. She was in the Middletown stroll trying to feed the need.
She leaves behind a young child. The junk food media and Lindsay's family fear she may be dead.
The pimp Eric Sexton is facing charges for promoting prostitution and he's under federal watch. He is facing charges in Butler and Montgomery County for numerous criminal acts.

Disturbing photo of @MinneapolisPD ready to shoot US Rep @keithellison son. @MayorHodges save your city! #Jamarclark pic.twitter.com/icnC2hcHtd— WinDiddy (@WintanaMN) November 19, 2015It has attracted of the folks over at Raw Story. The son of Minnesota's Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison was filmed with his hands up while an officer was aiming his service weapon at him.
Jeremiah Ellison and others were removed from a protesting site close to the police station where the two officers were stationed at.

Congressman Keith Ellison (D-MN) and his children. His son Jeremiah was caught on camera with his hands up and the law pointing their high powered firearm at him.
Late last year, the mayor was facing controversy from a local news station and the Minneapolis Police Union. Hodges was doing charity work for the city and she happened to be posing with an activist and doing a peace sign. They believed that peace sign was a gangsta sign. The activist was once a gang member who renounced his past and is working on encouraging youth to stay out of the lifestyle.
Minneapolis police shot Jamar Clark during an altercation in which they claimed he was disorderly.
The shooting happened on Saturday. Jamar was taken off life support Monday. Many in the junk food media initially thought he died at the scene.
The officers claimed that they responded to domestic violence call in which they determined that Jamar was the suspect.
They said that he interfered with the emergency workers. The officers placed Jamar in the cuffs. He was placed on the ground. They said that Jamar tried to reach for the firearm and Taser. Residents say that the officers shot him at point blank range at the whim of Jamar being handcuffed.
The officer who likely pulled the trigger is facing the most scrutiny.
It attracted BlackLivesMatter activists to the city demanding accountability.
Conservatives tried to paint the Minneapolis mayor Betsy Hodges as anti-cop because she took a picture pointing at an activist who was once a gang member.
The Guardian reported that a former police informant sued Schwarze in 2011 for allegedly subjecting him to “continuous and unbroken sequence of unlawful searches, intimidation and phone threats.” The suit was settled out of court.
The protesters are pissed that the junk food media is releasing the information about Jamar and his run ins with the law.
Of course, Jamar wasn't armed at the time of his passing.
There is video evidence on their body cameras and also video from nearby buildings. Not to mention the social media. There may be someone who is willing to post the video on social media to disspell rumors.
What will the junk food media use? Will they use this picture or his mugshot?
I am assured that other Clarke (the one with an e) will make an appearance in the controversy.
Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke is extremely controversial. He's an embarrassment to the people of Wisconsin. Clarke will likely say something about the controversy. He spends more time on television than at his office in the county building. The sheriff has made enemies within the county and they watching him for possible misconduct in his sheriff's department.

Father of three was gunned down by the law. He was mistaken for someone else.
Once again if it wasn't for DeRay McKesson, Shaun White and Bree Newsome, you wouldn't hear the story about John Livingston.
The law placed two officers on ice after they used deadly force on a father of three after they claimed he resisted arrest and reached for the Taser.
The law called John called a "suspect" by the Sheriff's Office on Sunday, was "deceased at scene" following a confrontation with two sheriff's deputies, a new release from the department said Monday.
Authorities said John tried to grab a Taser from a deputy, according to reports cited by The Associated Press. Witnesses also said in published reports that deputies used pepper spray and a Taser on John before shooting him multiple times.
"He wasn't no suspect," said Libby Lovings, who identified herself as John's mother-in-law.
Although never married to John, her daughter, Jessika Cardwell, is the mother of his three children.
"I was in sick shock yesterday," Lovings said Monday.
She and Cardwell said the lawmen were looking for another man when, about 3:40 a.m., they approached the residence at the intersection of Stage Road and West Everett Street.
"They did not have the right person," said a neighbor, who did not want to be identified. "It should have stopped when they figured the person they were looking for was not there."
George Thomas, 51, who lives about 25 yards from the house where the shooting took place, said he had been there drinking beer earlier Saturday night before leaving to go to bed at about 2:30 a.m.
"I heard a gun. I heard four shots rapid fire," he said. "Police was looking for somebody else. It won't him. John told them they didn't have no search warrant. John shut the door on the police. By the time he locked the door, they kicked it in.
"They shot the wrong guy for the wrong thing," Thomas said. "Wrong guy. Wrong house. Wrong everything."
The Sheriff's Office said, as part of its standard procedure, the officers involved have been placed on administrative leave. On Monday, the name of only one of the deputies, Nicholas Kehagias, was released. The Sheriff's Office said Kehagias was involved in the shooting incident.
Kehagias, who is assigned to the patrol division, has been employed as a deputy sheriff with Harnett County since July 2013, a news release said.
Typically, a law enforcement source said, a law enforcement agency only releases the name of the officer who actually discharges the weapon.
![]() |
Nick Kehagias was placed in the freezer pending grand jury decision
Harnett County Sheriff Larry Rollins could not be reached for comment.
Maj. Jeff Huber, a spokesman for the Harnett County Sheriff's Office, declined to answer questions posed by email. "The investigation is being handled by the SBI," Huber said in his reply. "Any questions should be directed to them."
SBI spokesman Shannon O'Toole said the agency could not answer any additional questions on the case. The State Bureau of Investigation, O'Toole said, should complete the probe "within a week or less."
Livingston, Lovings said, had been living in the mobile home where he was shot about three months.
"John was more of a visitor," the anonymous neighbor said.
The neighbor said he heard "like four gunshots" early Sunday morning. He said, from what he has learned, John was shot in the mouth and three times in the chest, although those details have not been confirmed by authorities.
"We heard it. Everybody heard it," said a woman who lives with the neighbor.
Lovings and Cardwell spoke from the small front deck of Lovings' mobile home, no more than a quarter-mile from the weathered brown trailer where Livingston had been living. It's a desolate area of the county, where the pot-holed roads are nothing but sand and some of the neighborhood mobile homes are abandoned, burned and even gutted.
Lovings said deputies with the Harnett County Sheriff's Office had visited her later Sunday morning.
She said they offered no apology for what transpired.
"They just said there was an altercation between John Livingston and the Harnett County sheriff's (deputies)," Lovings said. "They didn't provide any details. Just said there was an altercation and that
John Livingston was no longer with us. And I think he probably got a little mouthy.
![]() |
The moment happens after this.
Lovings said the family "definitely" wants to speak to an attorney in hopes of pursuing "some kind of justice."
John, who was originally from Beckley, West Virginia, worked as a carpenter and framer.
Cardwell, who is 33, said she first met him when she was 16. "We were together a long time," she said.
He also leaves behind three children: John III, 14; Kandis, 11; and Cameron, 8.
"He was the greatest father you could imagine," Cardwell said, becoming emotional at the thought.
"So kind-hearted. All the kids around here loved him. John had the best personality. Where he went, he would light up the party."
World News Today send our condolences to the family of John Livingston.

Minneapolis Police investigating death of unarmed man while in custody.
Back in the summer, the conservative agitators were pissed that members of the #BlackLivesMatter movement chanted "Pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon" at the Minnesota State Fair.
Many in law enforcement (i.e. Republican-elected lawmen) were saying that the rhetoric from Black Lives Matter inspires cop killings.
Black Lives Matter dismisses the criticism. The activists want the police reform. They want those in law enforcement held accountable for reckless calls. They say that the junk food media is trying to paint the group as domestic terrorist and the like.
If it wasn't for DeRay McKesson, Shaun White, and Bree Newsome, you wouldn't hear about the story of Jamar Clark.
Jamar was gunned down by the Minneapolis Police. According to the witnesses, he was shot by the law while being handcuffed.
The family quickly wen to social media to announce the death of Jamar. It got picked up by #BlackLivesMatter and now it's getting national attention.
The death of Jamar has the law doing an investigation to why deadly force was used in the encounter.
Jamar was suspected in an assault, and was interfering with emergency workers trying to provide aid to a victim. He was shot during a physical struggle, police said.
But witnesses say Jamar was not resisting arrest and was laying on the ground when he was shot, according to the NAACP.
The state takes over the investigation. The issue is still ongoing. The law hasn't released the names of the officers who were involved in the encounter.

Minneapolis Police dispute the witness encounter of Jamar being shot while being detained.
Now protesters are demanding to view the video. They want the names of the officers who were placed in the freezer pending a grand jury decision.
Police Chief JaneĂ© Harteau said Sunday afternoon that her department’s preliminary information is that the man was not handcuffed when police shot him.
Anger and distrust fueled a rally called by Black Lives Matter Minneapolis that began at 3 p.m. at the shooting scene and continued into the evening a few blocks away outside the police department’s Fourth Precinct headquarters.
The protest began with about 250 people ringing the block where Clark was shot, to create a “no-cops zone.”
Rally speakers held firm to the view that Clark was handcuffed when shot and voiced doubt that a BCA probe could be impartial.
“I want to acknowledge that this is a very difficult situation for everyone involved: For members of our community, members of the Minneapolis Police Department and their families, and for the people that are standing here beside me,” Minneapolis Police Chief Janee Harteau said. “We need to know exactly what happened. We need to know the truth. Everyone involved needs that and deserves that.”

Apple formally apologized to Black teens after they were profiled in one of their stores in Australia.
#PrayforParis.
#JeSuisParisien
I was caught off guard by the horrific attacks in the French Republic. The city of Paris is under siege.
Terrorism happened tonight in the entertainment districts of Paris France. World News Today send our condolences to the victims of this senseless tragedy.
Shopping while Black in Australia.
In Melbourne, Victoria, a group of Black students went into an Apple Store and they got roused by the store security. After exiting the building, the manager came out to inform the students that they were acting suspiciously and he feared they were planning on lifting property.
A video of the interaction between a Highpoint Apple store staff member and a group of students was uploaded to Facebook on Tuesday night.
The six boys from Maribyrnong College were denied entry to the store by a staff member and two security guards.
“These guys [security guards] are just a bit worried about your presence in our store. They’re just worried you might steal something,” the Apple staff member says in the video.
A member of the group replied: “Why would we steal something?”
One of the students evicted from the store, Mabior Ater, told Fairfax Media that he had been going to the Highpoint shopping centre for a long time.
“I never thought something like this would happen ... of course I was offended,” he said.
Ater said the principal of their school accompanied the students back to the store to help them in seeking an apology.
“[The manager] apologized to us and told us that we are welcome here anytime,” he said. “It feels like we have justice now.”
An Apple Australia spokeswoman told Guardian Australia that the company would not be commenting.
Apple CEO Tim Cook wasn't pleased about this.

The MIZZOU Tigers football team threatened to boycott games. They backed the resignation of the University of Missouri's president after accusations of ineptness. The university is facing criticism over allegations of racism.
The University of Missouri had a massive protest this weekend. It involved allegations of racist activity on the campus and the staff isn't doing enough to stop it.
MIZZOU president Tim Wolfe was being called to resign.
Today, Wolfe resigned. The chancellor of MIZZOU also announced he's stepping down.
Wolfe faced pressure to resign because of how he's handled a number of issues -- most prominently, racial tensions on campus.
Over the weekend, more than 30 black players on the MIZZOU football team announced they would not practice or participate in any team activities until Wolfe resigned. Some graduate students and faculty staged a walkout on Monday, similarly pressing for Wolfe to step down. On Sunday, state lawmakers joined the calls.
The MIZZOU Tigers football team warned the president that if he doesn't exit stage right, they will forfeit games.
The controversy was brought to the junk food media's attention. The Black students had enough of the inept actions of the facility. The protests begin after a feces smeared Swastika was found on campus. The person who committed the act wasn't caught and it mounted no recommendations from the president to combat this.
The last major incident that happened at MIZZOU was covered back in 2010. Two students placed cotton balls around the Black Cultural Center. They were apprehended and charged with littering.
The students were upset that these two weren't charged with a hate crime.
Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) and Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) both issued statements condemning the allegations of racism on campus. They pledge to do whatever it takes to help MIZZOU through its turmoil.
MIZZOU even reached the White House. Press Secretary Josh Ernest praised the protesters for rallying together to demand fundamental changes at the university.
"I think this also illustrates something that the president talked a lot about in the context of - his campaign, that a few people speaking up and speaking out can have a profound impact on the communities where we live and work", said Ernest during this morning's briefing.
This stuff is happening over at Yale, Stanford and it's spreading.
Any thoughts on the developments in Columbia, MO?

It all falls down. The Fox Lake officer Joe Gliniewicz commits suicide. He leaves behind a trail of unbecoming conduct as an officer.
The FBI and Illinois state police concluded that Charles Joseph Gliniewicz committed suicide.
He crafted a perfect scheme says the Feds.
Gliniewicz who many referred to as "Joe or G.I. Joe" wasn't this hero cop the junk food media portrayed him as. He was a corrupt lawman. He was considered by his fellow lawmen as a conniving and detrimental jackass.
He was involved in an alleged affair with an acquaintance's wife. He threatened to kill a local politico. He embezzled from charity. He was reckless around his firearms and the booze bottle.
Under the Freedom of Information act, they retrieved nearly 300 pages of documentation from Gliniewicz.
The feds are looking into Gliniewicz's wife and son.
A 2009 letter from Gliniewicz's fellow officers to the village mayor included bullet points of his wrongdoing - some allegedly criminal - including:
-Suspensions for an inappropriate sexual relationship with a subordinate
-Sexual harassment of a dispatcher
-Grabbing women's breasts at department Christmas parties
-Carousing in bars while on duty with women other than his wife
-Use of his squad car for family vacations
Even though his fellow officers said they could "no longer stand by and watch Lt. Gliniewicz violate the rules and regulations, policies and procedures, and state statute, and remain silent," nothing was done.
All of this was known to Fox Lake officials when Gliniewicz was given a hero's funeral and known early on by investigators looking into his death.
While the file doesn't include references to the money laundering case that authorities say prompted Gliniewicz's suicide, what was readily available about Gliniewicz painted a picture of a deeply troubled man who had a tremendously flawed career.
The mayor of Fox Lake says while Gliniewicz "had some flaws, he also did a lot of good" during nearly 30 years as a village police officer, and that early on they all believed there was a cop killer on the loose.
Officials with the task force that investigated the case maintain they didn't knowingly allow Gliniewicz's hero-narrative to march on because they believed from day one that he had been murdered.

Sins of the father. Tyshawn Lee was gunned down by domestic terrorist. They lured him into an alley and put slugs in him to send a message to his father.
Another innocent child murdered by gun violence. This gun violence provoked by domestic terrorists who run the streets of Chicago.
The 9-year-old boy killed in Chicago this week was "lured" into an alley and shot in a gang-related attack, authorities said.
"Tyshawn Lee was murdered in probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime that I've witnessed in 35 years of policing," Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy told reporters Thursday.
"We're pretty certain that this is not an accident. He was not a bystander."
The child was targeted, according to McCarthy, because of his "family relationship with a member of a gang."
When asked which family member, he identified the boy's father.
"Tyshawn's father has ties to a certain gang that is in conflict with another gang," McCarthy said.
The father, Pierre Stokes, is not cooperating with police.
He told the Chicago Tribune earlier this week that he thought his son's shooting was deliberate.
"If it wasn't a target, he wouldn't have got hit so many times in the back and the face," said Stokes. "I think he was targeted."
The Chicago newspaper also reported that Stokes disagreed with what police have said about him, but did not talk specifically about whether he belonged to a gang.
Tyshawn's dad Pierre Stokes shocked they would target his son. Tyshawn's dad had ties to domestic terrorists (street gangs).
Police are looking for a number of people, he said, not just one person. No arrests have been made in Tyshawn's case.
McCarthy asked anyone with information to step forward. Authorities are offering a $35,000 reward.
The Rev. Michael Pfleger, a priest and local faith leader in Chicago and outspoken advocate against gun violence, offered to pay to relocate any witnesses who feel they would be in danger for providing information.
"What happened to Tyshawn Lee took us to a new low," Pfleger said. "This wasn't a drive-by. This was not a spray of bullets. A baby was executed. A baby was assassinated right behind us in this alley."
McCarthy agreed.
"This is a different level," the superintendent said. "These are noncombatants now being assassinated."
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Tyshawn Lee.

The youngest person to die in a police shooting this year.
The little boy was hit with multiple shots. He would die at the scene. His father was seriously injured.
World News Today sends our condolences to the family of Jeremy Mardis. The little boy had an inspiring life. It was cut short by two officers and their reckless call.
Chris Few
The incident became a part of the national discussion on deadly police encounters. The officers are on ice pending a cannon fire. And to make matters worse, they got an indictment handed to them.
Col. Mike Edmonson, in a late night press conference Friday, said the two officers were being booked on charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder in the Tuesday shooting death of Jeremy Mardis and the wounding of his father, Chris Few, in the central Louisiana town of Marksville.
Edmonson vowed to continue the investigation wherever it leads.
"Let's make tonight about Jeremy Mardis. That little boy was buckled in the front seat of that vehicle and that is how he died," Edmonson said. "He didn't deserve to die like that."
Speaking of the body camera footage that was recovered from the officers, he said: "It is the most disturbing thing I've seen, and I will leave it at that."
The two officers are Norris J. Greenhouse Jr., 23, of Marksville and Derrick Stafford, 32, of Mansura, Louisiana. Both were working secondary jobs in Marksville as marshals when the shooting happened, Edmonson said.
State police have been investigating the Tuesday night shooting that raised questions almost from the start.
State police are combing through forensics evidence, 911 calls, conducting interviews and reviewing the body camera footage, Edmonson said.
Louisiana cops on ice. Norris J. Greenhouse Jr. and Derrick Stafford face a court date. These two were indicted in the murder of a 6-year old boy.
Two other officers were involved in the incident. When Edmonson was asked whether he anticipated any more arrests, he said: "We'll see where it takes us."
It's still unclear what led police to pursue Few and what triggered the shooting. The parish coroner said earlier this week that the officers were serving a warrant on Few when he fled, but Edmonson later said he had no information about a warrant.
Few's 57-year-old stepfather, Morris German, has accused the marshals of indiscriminately opening fire on the vehicle. German said Few was heavily sedated, unable to talk and has bullet fragments lodged in his brain and lung. He described Few as a loving father and added the man's son "was his whole life."
German added that the 6-year-old had been diagnosed with autism, describing him as a delightful child who "loved everything, everybody." German said the boy had no siblings and the family had recently moved to Marksville from Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
"I know a 6-year-old should not have been shot," German said.
