Indiana Pastor's Wife Killed! Murderer Caught!

Amanda Blackburn (right) was killed by a robbery suspect. The husband was a local pastor of a church in Indianapolis. 

The death of a preacher's wife caught the nation's attention.

Amanda Blackburn was three month pregnant when she was sexually assaulted and shot by this 18-year old Larry Taylor. Amanda was shot in cold-blood in front of her son.

Taylor along with three of his friends were involved in a burglary ring. They were targeting houses in the city of Indianapolis. They broke into homes and were stealing car keys, a laptop, and an iPhone from a home. They found a surveillance camera in the home and disconnected it. That right there was the first mistake they've made. By touching the surveillance camera, they were filmed by the camera and they left DNA on the wiring.

Taylor who had that "I don't give a fuck" mentality wanted to kill the occupant in the home because he was caught on camera. The suspects convinced him not to do it.

So they took off in a stolen ride and went into another home. They ended up robbing the home of a television, a laptop and jewelry. Then they decided to target another home. The home of Amanda and her husband Devey Blackburn the pastor of Resonate Church.

The law conducted the investigation. The suspects turned on Taylor. They said that Taylor hit Amanda in the mouth with his piece. He stayed behind as the other two used her ATM card to get money. Amanda made the fatal mistake of trying to reason with a cold blooded killer. She allegedly charged at Taylor, and he shot her at point blank range. Then he decided to put the final bullet in her head. He took joy in watching her bleed to death.

Taylor didn't know Amanda. It was just an unfortunate circumstance where a robbery was witnessed by a good samaritan and the robber wanted to leave no witnesses.

Davey returns from the gym to find his wife (the rock of his life) lying in a pool of blood. Davey made his whole life to helping the youth in the community. He and Amanda moved to the Indianapolis area a few years back to spread the gospel to the young, frustrated and abandoned.

Amanda was rushed to the hospital where she would die the next day.

Amanda was 28 at the time of her death. She was three months pregnant with her daughter. She leaves behind a son Weston and her husband Pastor Davey. Her unborn daughter Evie Grace was killed.

The law vowed to find these guys. They knew that these knuckleheads would slip up.

Larry Taylor and Jalen Watson are held on first degree murder charges. They are innocent until proven guilty. They could face the gas house if found guilty.

Their arrests ends 10 days on the run after the law vowed to put these killers in the lockup.

Taylor and 21 year old Jalen Watson are held in the Marion County Lockup on murder charges. They are cooperating with the third suspect. Name wasn't released at the time of posting. Even though the other two weren't involved in the shooting, these suspects are charged because they were involved in a criminal act that resulted in a murder.

They are innocent until proven guilty.

Pastor Davey wants to hate them. But he turned to Jesus Christ to learn forgiveness. He said that he choose love and not hate against the suspects.

Indianapolis Metro Police Department's gang and violent crime unit aided by the U.S. Marshals apprehended the suspects after they traced the usages of credit cards and DNA.

The moment I've heard gang unit, automatically assume Black suspect. Matter of fact, I expected that the conservatives and White extremist will automatically blame #BlackLivesMatter and Barack Obama for this.

Of course it merits a poll on The Blame Game.

Now that the Indianapolis Metro Police captured the suspects in the murder of Amanda Blackburn, who really takes the blame?

Jared Fogle Gets 15 In Federal Time Out!

Jared Fogle goes to federal time out.

The fall of an entertainment icon. The disgraced Subway pitchman Jared Fogle was sentenced to federal time out today. He was given a lengthy bid. He will spend 15 years and 8 months in the federal time out.

Once out he will register as a tier III sex offender for the rest of his life. He will have lost contact with his children, his wife and his vast fortune. He lost his "black card" with Subway.

All the fame, all the celebrities, all the luxury of being in the limelight is gone!

Fogle and his partner both had this obsession with popping little cherries. He was fixated on having sex with underage children. 

He plead guilty to harboring child porn. He plead guilty to traveling across state lines to have sex with a minor. 

He admits to the world that he had sex with underage girls and boys. He admits having sex with other women including prostitutes. 

Fogle will now head to the FDX Marion. The federal time out is in Marion, Illinois. We'll find out where he will go. He's not a violent criminal. He is a sexual offender and they usually sent the interments to Marion for treatment. 

Fogle tearfully apologized to the court and the victims as the judge handed him the sentence.

The lawyers were hoping for a five year bid on the basis of leniency. The prosecutors were hoping for 12 years and some change. The judge was more brutal. The judge saw Fogle as a selfish man who presents a danger to children. Fogle used his fortune to deliberately manipulate children into sexual encounters. The federal informant tipped off the law when she overheard him say that "teenage girls are sexy". Fogle told the federal informant that he wanted to have sex with her and two underage teens for his sexual fantasies and would gladly pay them for the encounter.

Now again, if you're caught up in a federal case and handed a sentence, you will serve the sentence in full. There's no early release in federal time out. You will serve all the sentence before they release you to post disposition control. 

Fogle will be 54 years old by the time he gets out of the federal time out.

Waka was beefing with Gucci Mane. Gucci was pissed that his mom, Miss Mizay took control over 1017 Brick Squad when the rapper got caught in a federal case. Gowop is serving a 3.5 year bid in federal time out in Terre Haute, Indiana. They recently just settled their feud.

Insurgent Matt Bevin shakes hands with Democrat in name only Attorney General Jack Conway.

The state is Cook Political Voting index value +13 Republican. The state supported George W. Bush, John McCain and perennial loser Mitt Romney. The last Democrat in national office to win this state was Bill Clinton. The state has a term limit governor. And now is it possible that Democrats can hold on to a state that supports Republicans in 2:1 ratio?

Democrats in Kentucky are voting for Republicans. 

These so-called Reagan Democrats exist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 

There's a razor thin lead for the Democratic nominee against the Republican nominee. The nominees are both worthless. They are also-rans who lack charisma. 

But one thing could impact this election: Medicare. Kentucky voters support the state's health care exchange. They don't see it as Obamacare. They see it as "healthy Kentucky".

Republicans didn't pour a lot of money into insurgent Matt Bevin's campaign. Bevin is a perennial candidate for House, Senate and now the governor's race. Bevin is determined to make a name for himself.

Conway is a perennial candidate who lost to Rand Paul in 2010. He just kept a low profile for the time and decided that it could better choice to run for governor than a rematch against Paul.

The conservative agitators have ignored Bevin. Even during the Kim Davis fiasco, Republicans haven't put much into this race.

Many see Bevin as out of the mainstream. But does it mean it's not capable of pulling it off?

Hell Bevin could win this.

Democrats ain't really got much to celebrate. Whether Conway wins or not, they can't rely on him.

I can picture Conway being a thorn in President Barack Obama's skin. He will find ways to blame the president for "attacking the coal industry". 

Jared Fogle Heads To Federal Time Out!

The biggest celebrity shocker to happen. Subway's Jared Fogle admits to harboring child porn and traveling across state lines to have sex with underage children. He will head to federal time out.

The former Subway spokesman is heading off to federal time out. Before he heads off, his former friend Dr. Phil McGraw, the famed television psychologist, talks to the woman who brought him down.

Dr. Phil was granted access to the recordings that brought Fogle down.

Boy these recordings were disturbing. In a two part series, Dr. Phil talks to Rochelle Herman-Walrond, a former radio host who interviewed him and became suspicious when she overhead him say he found middle school girls attractive.

Rochelle would become an informant for the FBI. She wanted to gain Fogle's trust so he would tell his greatest fantasy. He wanted a threesome with her, a teenage girl and him.

Fogle would often brag about having feelings for boys and girls in some of these recordings.

CBS News reports Rohcelle told Dr. Phil McGraw she began providing secretly recorded conversations to the FBI, calling them "disgusting."

"I felt like I was so dirty," she told Dr. Phil. "My soul was dirty."

Fogle even details the process of how he approaches the young victims.

"We just start sharing stories, and then, you know, we get a little closer, and a little closer, and a little closer, and before you know it...it just starts to happen," Fogle told Rochelle, saying it was not hard "at all."

"He talks about how to groom a family, he talks about how to groom the victim, he talks about all the things he does, the tricks of his trade," Dr. Phil said. "He just basically gives you the playbook of an evil monster."

Fogle became a household name as a pitchman for Subway, and used his fame to establish a foundation promoting healthy lifestyles among children.

In August, Fogle pleaded guilty to one count of distributing and receiving child pornography and one count of crossing state lines to engage in illicit sex with minors. He will be sentenced in November.

Subway cut ties with its spokesman following his arrest. In September, the chain said Rochelle made a serious complaint about Fogle in 2011, but that it had been mishandled.

After amassing five years-worth of recordings, Rochelle finally reached her breaking point when Fogle mentioned her two young children.

"What if we, what if we put a camera in your kids' room, would they be okay with that?," he asks her in the recording. "Would you rather have it in your son or your daughter's room? Which one do you think would be better?"

Dr. Phil said Rochelle had to distance herself from her kids and family for hours afterwards.

"And it took a lot of time from her family and changed who she was. That was a very painful thing for her," said Dr. Phil.

"Dr. Phil" -- which is distributed by CBS television -- is devoting two episodes to the audio recordings - one airing Thursday and another airing Friday.

Fogle is facing five to 12 and a half years in prison and up to a $500,000 fine. His attorney declined to comment.

Smack Down: The Heroin Epidemic!

Smack, boy, caps, and twist are slang for heroin. This is becoming an epidemic in America. Young people are wasting their lives away for the deadly drug. It hits close to home. 

It's a dangerous plague in the United States. It's not only affecting the cities but the suburbs. It's taking advantage of many lives. It's a personal demon that affects millions of users. This plague could land you in the box taking a permanent dirt nap.

It's affected a personal friend of mine. 

She's struggling at a young age. And I give it a few more years before she ends up a victim of the epidemic. As a victim of sexual assault and peer pressure her life has led her to the dangerous world of prostitution. This young woman once had a promising future. She wanted to get into travel and leisure. All of this wasted away for her fix. This fix has her wrapped.

And I believe her stubbornness will be the death of her.

Shelia Tomlin is gambling her life. She's addicted to heroin and crack/cocaine. She's selling her soul for the high.

Her name is Shelia Tomlin. A young woman from Dayton, Ohio who is at the verge of death.

She's not willing to accept the fact that her life is spiraling out of control and there's nothing more I can do as a friend to help her out the mess.

Just recently I found out that she's now homeless. She's lost everything. Not a place to her name.

Her mother passed away.

Living from place to place.

Not knowing that day by day her body is wasting away.

I am guessing that the addiction began with crack/cocaine use. Then being introduced to heroin by former boyfriend or pimp began the spiral downward. Then in order to get a boy, she would sell her body for at least $10.

Now I am not even sure if she been affected by HIV or Hepatitis C. After all, using heroin greatly increases a chance a user gets infected by a sexually transmitted disease.

The Foundation for a Drug Free World declares that the battle to stop heroin is a challenge.

Heroin is a highly addictive, illegal drug. It is used by millions of addicts around the world who are unable to overcome the urge to continue taking this drug every day of their lives—knowing that if they stop, they will face the horror of withdrawal.

Heroin (like opium and morphine) is made from the resin of poppy plants. Milky, sap-like opium is first removed from the pod of the poppy flower. This opium is refined to make morphine, then further refined into different forms of heroin.

Most heroin is injected, creating additional risks for the user, who faces the danger of sexuality transmitted diseases and AIDS or other infection on top of the pain of addiction.

The state of Indiana has situation where a handful of residents south of Columbus, IN are infected with HIV due to the spike in heroin usage.

It's happening in Ohio and trust me, it's taking people's lives.

What can you do when you have someone who is not willing to get treatment before its too late?

Indiana Women Fight In A Walmart And Bystanders Film It For Viral Sensationalism!

Walmart bans customers from store after a video emerged of them fighting.

Beech Grove, Indiana is a community surrounded by the city of Indianapolis.

The Beech Grove Police and Marion County Sheriff are shaking their heads in disgust over the incident in which two women get into a huge fight at a Walmart. One of the women told her six year old son to attack the other woman.

Walmart will automatically ban the women and child from every store in the country.

Allegedly one of the women claimed that the other said a racial slur. Amber Stephenson said that the woman told an employee that she's a fucking NIGGER.

“This bitch was sitting there yelling at an employee at Walmart, and she was telling her that she was a NIGGER and that she was going to get out of the chair and whoop her ass,” the woman said.

Fox 59 reports that Stephenson called in a radio station to tell her side of the story. She also criticized the security staff and the person who filmed the fight. She said that more things could have been done instead of trying to make social media fame.

“I don’t blame Walmart employees for not intervening. But as far as security, if you go to any other Walmart fight video, security is right there trying to break it up, help them.”

By the time police arrived, Amber said the fight was already over. She also talked about the role her son played in the fight.

“My son takes martial arts classes. He’s been going to the gym for several years with his father. I mean, he’s been in the gym for a long time,” she said. “He got a little crazy. I don’t have to worry about him ever being bullied.”

She described the boy as a straight-A, honor roll student and teacher’s pet. She said his martial arts teachers have taught him not to back down.

“My son is raised perfectly right. My son is perfectly well taken care of.”



A Walmart spokesman also said company policy prohibits employees from intervening in a violent situation. The store does have security officers, but they were just coming on duty as the fight was happening.

“This type of behavior inside one of our stores is completely unacceptable and we are notifying the individuals involved that they are no longer welcome on Walmart property. Once we were aware of this situation, a member of our management immediately called the police and we are continuing to work with them on this matter.”

Beech Grove Mayor Dennis Buckley called the situation “embarrassing” and pointed the finger at Walmart.

What makes the police more annoyed is the fact that the bystander videotaped on the camera phone it instead of calling the police. And to make this clear, this isn't the first case of problems for the Beech Groove Walmart.

There have been over 500 calls this year alone. The city is planning on issuing nuisance fines towards the mega store.

Brian Marye is the guy who filmed the video. He didn't care if the women were injured. He didn't care about the child's safety. He didn't care about dialing 911. All he wanted was viral sensationalism.
