The Cains release new music video for single Journey's End

The Cains Release New Music Video For Single, “Journey's End”

We loved seeing and speaking with Taylor, Madison and Logan Cain at the 2015 Country To Country Festival (C2C) in March
They are not only singers and songwriters, but also multifaceted entertainers and musicians who play guitar, piano, bass, harmonica and more.
Their single “Journey’s End” (DayStreet Records / GMV Nashville; Amazon UK) which was released to radio and digitally on 28th April 2015 is one of our favourite tracks of 2015.
We’re now delighted to bring you this update.

(Nashville, Tenn. – July 28, 2015)
Sibling harmony band, The Cains, have released a new music video for their single, “Journey's End.” Produced and directed by Fresh Films' Glenn Sweitzer, the music video is now available for viewing on The Cains' Youtube channel.

Of the new video, The Cains’ Taylor Cain commented, "What we want to achieve in the music video for "Journey's End" is a sense of nostalgia for the viewer. No relationship is ever too far gone. No memory is ever too far out of reach. There is always hope. Just when you think you've reached your journey's end, you've only just begun!"
Written by Taylor Cain, Madison Cain and Becki Devries, “Journey's End” is a sentimental ballad about love, family and hope. The track is currently playing On The Horizon on Sirius XM's The Highway.
On July 21, the group dropped their new, self-titled EP, The Cains, which features songs co-written by the group’s own Logan, Madison and Taylor Cain, with additional writer credits, including Jaida Dreyer, Stephony Smith, Billy Lawson, Ed Hill, Becki Devries and Dave Thompson. The EP was produced and mixed by Daniel Agee, and was recorded at Nashville'sStudio of Solitude.

In March of 2015, hot off the heels of a successful radio debut and packed performances at Country Radio Seminar 2015, The Cains broke onto the U.K. Country music scene with their first international appearance at London's Country to Country (C2C) festival, Europe's largest and most well-attended Country music event of the year. Upon their return to the U.S., the group inked an exclusive booking agreement with Nashville’s The Kinkead Entertainment Agency.

Rozay Gets A Free Card But Loses The Crib!

Rickrossmastermindtour.jpg
Boss up come $$$$. Rozay on home detention without a home.

Out of county lockup, Def Jam rapper Rick Ross has to give the keys of home to the state of Georgia. In order to get out and lawyer up, William Leonard Roberts II has to lose his rides, his clothes, his U.S. passport and the keys to the crib.

So while he gears up for a state trial, the Maybach Music Group CEO now wears a shiny ankle bracelet and probably banned from leaving the United States.

The allegations towards the 39 year old rapper stem from an associate getting a sliver shiner over the head. The victim claims he was pistol whipped by Rozay and his boys.

Rozay and his body man were apprehended in a U.S. Marshal "NO KNOCK" arrest.

It took $5 million to get out of Fayette County lockup.

Kidnapping alone carries up to 20 in the iron college. But the assault and use of weapon in robbery could put the rapper on ice.

Looks like Rozay needs to get back in the studio and record some albums.

Gucci Mane has record songs, put out mixtapes and digital albums while serving his three year federal time out on gun charges.

Rozay better stay relevant while he still got time. Once you're in the iron college, that freedom to make music is limited to recorded phone calls and special privileges to hear production samplers.

It looks like the charges are serious enough for him to be forking out.

Uncle Tom's Cabin Historical Site!

I am sharing my experience of traveling in Canada.

I went to the town of Dresden, Ontario. It's about 76 miles from Detroit. I was traveling the Highway 401 towards London. I saw the sign that said Uncle Tom's Cabin Historic Site.

I couldn't help but go and visit this.

It's a part of Civil Rights History.

The Henson estate. Josiah Henson, a former slave, author, abolitionist, and minister, who, through his 1849 autobiography The Life of Josiah Henson, Formerly a Slave, Now an Inhabitant of Canada, as Narrated by Himself, was the inspiration for Harriet Beecher Stowe's title character in her novel Uncle Tom's Cabin.[

The 5-acre (20,000 m2) complex is part of the original 200 acres (0.81 km2) of land purchased in 1841 to establish the Dawn Settlement, a community for escaped slaves.

The original Henson cabin was located on a different location nearby and opened as a museum in the 1940s by an area farmer, William Chapple.

The house was moved to the existing location in 1964 by J.D. Thomson, and subsequently was owned and operated by Kent County, Ontario and then the St. Clair Parkway Commission. Uncle Tom's Cabin Historic Site has been owned by the Ontario Heritage Trust since 2005.

Henson Family Cemetery is located on the site. The original cabin was moved slightly for the museum and interactive centre.

I show some pictures and also posted my first YouTube video in five years.

Have you read the epic novel Uncle Tom's Cabin by American writer Harriett Beecher Stowe?

Have you visited the National Underground Railroad Museum in Cincinnati?

Have you read about Mother Moses?

Summer Madness!

President and First Lady Obama greet Girl Scouts outside the White House. The best two weeks for the president. Affordable Care Act is here to stay, marriage is equal, and the jobs market is improving. Also the White House now allows photos. Great day for Barack Obama.

The good news is that 225,000 jobs were reported for the month of June. The unemployment rate has dropped to 5.3%. Thus sealing a set of two good weeks for a president most in the media written off as a lame duck.

President Barack Obama's policies have improved the economy.

His executive order also gives salaried workers who make less than $50,000 a pay raise. It's a temporary fix until the lame Congress officially pass a worker's pay bill which includes an adjustment to the minimum wage.

The AP reports the Labor Department said Thursday that the unemployment rate dropped from 5.5 percent in May. The rate fell mostly because many people out of work gave up on their job searches and were no longer counted as unemployed.

Other details in the report were less encouraging: The percentage of Americans working or looking for work fell to a 38-year low. Average hourly pay was flat. And employers added 60,000 fewer jobs in April and May than the government had previously estimated.

For the first five months of 2015, monthly job growth averaged 217,000, a healthy streak that has been steadily absorbing the unemployed as well as part-time workers looking for more hours.

That job growth has raised economists' expectations that the Fed will soon boost the key short-term rate it controls in September or, if not, in December. The Fed has kept that rate at a record low near zero for 6½ years to support the economy. A Fed rate hike would lead to higher rates for mortgages, auto loans and other borrowing.

Strong hiring has endured this year despite a miserable winter, which helped cause the economy to contract 0.2 percent at an annual rate in the January-March quarter.
Politifact rated Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX) statements on unemployment false. He took that talking points from an annoying conservative agitator and used it for his attacks.
The job gains show that employers are increasingly confident that their customer demand will keep growing. Their willingness to hire in anticipation of greater demand marks a shift from earlier in the economic recovery, when many businesses tended to hire only when essential.

A survey of purchasing executives at manufacturing firms released this week found that factories reported a scant rise in orders in June but ramped up hiring anyway.

Americans are finally spending more after boosting their savings earlier this year, in part because they're growing more confident about the economy. The Conference Board said Tuesday that its consumer confidence index reached 101.4, matching March's figure for the second-highest level since the recession.

That's good news for auto dealers and real estate agents. Auto sales jumped to nearly a 10-year high in May. The National Automobile Dealers Association forecasts that sales will top 17 million this year for the first time since 2001.

And home sales are running at an eight-year high and boosting construction. Permits to build homes jumped 11.8 percent in May to the highest level since 2007.

Good news pisses this old fart off.
Most economists now expect economic growth to reach an annual rate of 2.5 percent in the April-June quarter and 3 percent in the second half of the year.

The workforce rate dropped to 62.5%. The lowest since 1977. That means a slight improvement from normal figures.

The jobs report for the month of June comes roaring like a lion and the conservative agitators are still devoted to making the ridiculous claim that 93 million people not being in the workforce. Of course, they don't explain to their stupid followers that it's based on statistics not policies.

The biggest nay sayer in the junk food media is an old fart. That old fart is Rush Limbaugh.

Jobs are being loss. Yeah, because the radio stations keep you and that annoying conservative agitator Sean Hannity on the radio. You squeeze out the local agitators. For you see, if you see an old fart like Rush Limbaugh dominate 573 radio stations across the country, he already destroyed 80 jobs.

It already cost a lot to put this piece of shit on radio. He's not profitable. When they kick him off the radio station, that puts people out of jobs. Matter of fact, the progressive radio stations have to sell their stations to accommodate to you. So that means you put agitators like Thom Hartmann, Stephanie Miller, Bill Press and Alan Colmes on the street. They don't have the 500 stations. They barely have 50 affiliates.

In reality, if you have a bunch of people not in the workforce, I am guessing that some are not looking for service jobs. Many careers for a post graduate are not hiring. Construction is up. I mean when it rains or when the working season is over, construction is halted.

Out of 320 million people, there's over 56 million people who are leaving the job force through retirement. At least 100,000 people die in the United States a day. The baby boomers are retiring at a faster rate. There are 38 million people who are between the age of 16 - 25 either in high school or attending college. There are active college student that don't work.

So lumping in everything would make sense if you count the dead bodies, force the retired back to work, tell the disabled to get to work and tell children under 16 to pick up a job application.

NBC To Trump: You're Fired!

I am in Canada right now. I will be back in the United States by the end of the week.

While I haven't had an opportunity to post the latest events happening in the junk food media, I can give you a little bit of information about our friend Donald Trump running for the clown car.

He trademarked the phrase "You're Fired!!!" Now presidential douche Donald Trump found himself without a promotional network home after he talked smack about immigrants.

After his controversial statements on immigrants from Mexico, Trump found himself fired out the cannon.

NBC and Univision dumped the reality turd and business mogul as they put the brakes on the Miss USA and Miss Universe broadcasting. The Apprentice is canceled. The Trump name is no longer a brand on NBC.

Many activists have urged Trump to apologize for his comments about all Mexicans being rapists, drug dealers and the such.

Of course, Trump fired back saying that he quit the network. He said that NBC sold out.

He gets fired but Brian Williams, a former NBC News anchor gets to keep his job.

Williams lied about his reporting and was suspended without pay. He was later demoted to be news reader over at MSNBC. Lester Holt would replace him.

Trump declared he's running for the clown car last month. Since he's announced he surged to the top-tier standings overshadowing Stallmigo Rand Paul (R-KY) and Benjamin Carson.

Also, Macy's decided to end his clothing line. I am guessing that Trump will bitch about Sean "Puffy" Combs still having a deal with the company despite him smacking up his son's coach.

Trump is a carnival barker who questioned Barack Obama's birth certificate. He also banned him, Vice President Joe Biden, and the CEOs of Macy's, Univision and NBC from his properties.

Trump is one of the many clowns running for the nomination. Many speculate that he has no chance.

Republicans fear that he continues on, he may damage their brand.

The Long Hot Summer.....

The South rocked by possible arson at predominately Black churches.

First things first, we start of the month of July with the report of the Klan making a trip to Columbia, South Carolina to protest the proposal to remove the Confederate flag from the state capitol grounds.

Then there was a disturbance in which a man instigated a riot near the capitol grounds. The man was a supporter of the Confederate flag and he deliberately drove through to taunt the Black protesters.

That situation managed to attract the conservative Craigslist attention. After all, what could spook White folks more than a man being pummeled by a bunch of Black people.

Conservatives would find #BLACKLIVESMATTER hashtag merged with #RACIALMOBVIOLENCE

Then we have unexplained Black church burns in the South.

Macon, Memphis, Tallahassee, Warrenville, S.C. , Knoxville, and Charlotte were the scene where possible burns may have been the works of White extremists.

The FBI and state authorities are trying to connect the dots. Could this have been a hate crime?

Since that White terrorist killed nine innocent victims at Emmanuel AME Church, the calls for gun control and the removal of the Confederate flag have gotten louder.
